Panex Dinamic d.o.o. was established in year 1991.

First business activites were orientated towards bicycle. This is normal if you take in consideration that the largest concentration of bicycles per household in Croatia is in our region Međimurje.

In year 1992. we became a general agent for Croatia for Czech producer bicycles tires and tubes "BARUM - RUBENA" and german producer bicycle pump SAXONIA. Both brands are implemented in our sell - program. Through the years we have adopted a program of all spare parts. Import and sale was developed in the same time, parallel.

In year 1996. we have started a "ZRIN" bicycle assembling in our own factory. Today we are only one producer of bicycles in Croatia and this gives our customers wide and elastic offer. According to that we have developed our own brands of bicycle "DINAMIC", "SPRING" and "WOB" in program for city - bikes and off - road bikes. That same year we have opened our first specialized shop for bicycles and spare - parts. Today have six own shops.

Our wide experience and knowladge in production we use for bicycles services. In all the shops installed is service for bikes, equipped with special tools. For servicing and maintenance of bikes worry highly qualified staffs. Shop in Čakovec has Shimano service center, with wide range of bicycle parts and and tools.

Our buisenes and speciality was recognized by many partners in Croatia and abroad. On that way world known producer of bikes "HEAD", "ROCK MACHINE", "SCOTT" gave us general exclusive for Croatia and Bosnia and Hercegovina.

Beside main bicycle branch, we successfully import and sales of car batteries, "XCELL" for vehicles.
